Cheers to a new year!!

I am so thankful for the family that the Lord has blessed me with, He if all people knows how much I don't deserve them. As a child I was an ungrateful brat, but since getting married no, sadly, even that wasn't enough to make me grow up, no it was once I had my wonderful, beautiful, heaven-sent little boy that I finally grasp'd reality and grew to become the person I am today. Who is still full of flaws, but luckily I am not the person I once was, and thank God!! And I owe it all to God and my family.

I now have a beautiful son, a devilishly handsome husband, and an amazing family that I often times take for granted.

If I were to make a new years resolution, and it was something other than the never ending weight struggle, it would be to more consciously appreciate my family! And by family I mean not only my husband and son, but to be grateful for amazing and involved grandparents, thankful for parents who are not only willing but eager to jump in and help out. I am ever so blessed to also have amazing inlaws! I feel so lucky to get along with all of my inlaws! They took me in without hesitation and I have become just another piece to the disfunctional puzzle of fun! :) I am thankful for brothers and sisters who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty and relieve me of diaper duty every now and then. I am soo amazed by Ace's aunts who are more than willing to wisk him off to play so Mommy can gather her thoughts and straighten the house. Which is exactly where I'm at right now! My amazing sister in law/ best friend has taken Ace out and about this evening and is giving me time to clean, organize, work out, and blog haha So I'm off to take care of the other duties on my list.. Which starts with this



Why, cleaning the house and taking down Christmas decorations of course! :)
